Last Monday we reported about massive price reductions on Ryzen processors, up to 30% discounts. Example, you can purchase an 8-core flagship Ryzen 7 1800X processor (normally €499) for roughly €340 euros. New information shows that the discounts last until December 2nd.
While AMD refused to comment on the price reductions (we asked), the purchasing prices of retailers have been temporarily reduced. All Ryzen processors including Threadripper are 10% up-to even 30% cheaper than before. Germany based ComputerBase herd back from suppliers that the promotion lasts until December 2, so that is another eleven days.
The price drop seems to have an effect on the entire range. The below table shows prices based on the Netherlands, however, if you browse for a 1800X at Geizhals, be surprised. Also a Ryzen 7 1700 (unlocked) for €249 for 16 threads? €199 for 12 threads 🙂
