Networking/communication machine maker Alpha Networks is exhibiting its 24GHz, 77GHz and 79GHz automotive millimeter-wave (mmWave) radars at Taipei International Automobile Electronics Show (AutoTronics Taipei) 2019 throughout April 24-27.
These automotive mmWave radars have been adopted in ADAS (superior driver help system), with 77GHz mannequin utilized in FCW (ahead collision warning), ACC (adaptive cruise management) and AEB (automated emergency braking) and 24GHz an 79GHz ones in RCW (rear collision warning), BSD (blind spot detection) and LCA (lane change help). In addition, 24GHz and 79GHz fashions can be utilized in industrial robotic arms, good parking and good transportation monitoring.
Alpha Networks has cooperated with Acer ITS, Acer’s wholly owned subsidiary, to develop good parking meters to be used in a roadside parking undertaking in Tainan, Taiwan. Acer ITS gained the undertaking by way of BOT (construct, function, switch) competitors held by town authorities in 2018.
The good parking meter is provided with Alpha Network’s automotive mmWave radars to detect vehicles operating onto and out of roadside parking house models to point out availability of parking house models. Cameras of good parking meters acknowledge vehicles’ license plates for automated calculation of parking charges and automotive drivers could make cell digital cost utilizing EasyCard or iPASS or App developed by Acer ITS.
