The Acer has a 2.66GHz Intel Core i5 CPU with integrated graphics, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 640GB hard drive, HDMI, WiFi, and a web cam. It runs Windows 7.

  1. @xtremity187 its true, almost ALL the hardware seems to be based around components that would only seem impressive say, 2-3 years ago. But the concept still seems fairly interesting, and id say, worth a go! 🙂

  2. If they can improve the battery life and add bluetooth and use the sandy bridge intel. I’ll probably buy it.. I ‘ll just have to upgrade the hdd to ssd.. Hopefully the next generation will have this features..

  3. LOL, seriously why would anyone need a virtual trackpad when u already have a touchscreen?, they can just set up some finger combination for left and right click.
    A really interesting one from acer, I actually might give it a try if i can find one on sale or some discount
