Aside from new Windows convertibles and 2-in-1 PCs, Acer has also announced a new Chromebook 15. The new model comes with significant improvements over its predecessor in terms of design, as it now features an aluminum top cover and palm rest, making it both thinner and lighter.
The Chromebook 15 still has a 15.6-inch Full HD display and is powered by dual-core Intel Celeron or quad-core Pentium processor that is passively cooled. Customers can choose between 4 or 8 GB of RAM and 32 or 64 GB of storage. Other specs include backlit keyboard, USB Type-C 3.1 port, two USB 3.0 ports, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, HDMI port, audio jack, and an SD card reader.
