Samsung is known for releasing special editions of its flagship smartphones, inspired by superhero characters. The Galaxy Note 7 is no exception, since recently leaked images revealed that Samsung is preparing a limited edition of this smartphone as well.
Samsung launched the Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition a few months ago in limited markets. The smartphone is inspired by Batman and comes with a specific color combination and the superhero’s logo on the back. The smartphone had some more design changes and specs inside the device remained the same as on the original model.
Now it seems that the South Korean company is working on a Batman-themed Galaxy Note 7 as well, as leaked images of the phone showed. The pictures were leaked on Chinese social-network Weibo and spotted by WCC Tech. The images show a design that’s very much similar to the Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition, with the same color combination of gold and black.
The theme of the smartphone is also the same, as it seems to feature the Batman logo on the back and a Batman launcher inside the phone. The Galaxy Note 7 Batman edition seems to come with a metal ring around the home button in the front, flash and camera sensor on the back.
The Galaxy Note 7 Injustice Edition could have 6GB of RAM and 128GB of memory
Aside from this, some rumors suggest that Samsung might make some changes to the specs of this device and upgrade RAM capacity to 6GB from 4GB. Internal storage capacity could double, from 64GB of internal storage to 128GB. This could very much be possible, considering that Samsung is set to announce a Note 7 variant with these specs in China this month.
Samsung released the Galaxy S7 edge Injustice Edition in a number of markets like China, Singapore, Korea, Latin America and Russia. However, speculation around the Batman-themed 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage states that this model could be unveiled in Eastern markets only. We’ll just have to wait and see if the company will make the variant available to Western countries as well.
