Filled with activities and then-era cars, players find themselves in a situation where a cloud of corruption looms and the city that has descended into a haven for organised crime.
Your protagonist, is Lincoln Clay, a veteran returning from the Vietnam war, in search for a purpose. An orphan, Lincoln desires nothing more than a family, which the black mob provides. However, as his newly-formed family gets slaughtered by Sal Marcano and the Italians, he lusts for revenge, waging an open war against the Marcanos, sowing discord and wrecking havoc in the country.
