… from buyers I found to be misleading and a poor excuse to poorly rate an awesome product like this,
Pros:
1. Unit looks beautiful in my 2008 Camry and made it look very modernized.
2. Functionality is great. Zero issues with it after six hours of driving.
3. Sound quality seems superb to stock unit. I use the “Pop” equalizer setting with bass at 6 (Bass = Loudness on eq settings fyi).
4. Screen is sharp and has great color.
5. Functions perfect with steering wheel controls and properly dims when lights turn on (Steering controls need to be set in settings fyi).
6. GPS functions great.
Cons:
1. Outside of changing mode, I don’t think there is anyway to turn off the radio. I’ve seen people make multiple complaints regarding this and the supplier told one or two people to go into the radio and “exit” the radio; however, there is no such “exit” button available.
2. We appreciate the free backup camera; however, it’s junk. Multiple people have made the same complaint which is that the zoom is so bad it makes the unit kind of worthless. I pointed the camera as far down as it will go and if I place an image in the last part of the red zone it’s still almost four feet away from the car. I ordered a camera from Car Rover that has more of a stock look and great reviews that will hopefully provide a much better view.
3. File format doesn’t necessarily mean videos will play. I had several MP4’s that would not play as is. To save space, I encoded the some MP4’s into MP4’s at a reduced resolution and they began to play fine as if the unit is very picky about encoder types for certain file types. MKV’s seem to work great so far. File playing through USB or MicroSD seems to have lower FPS compared to burning to a DVD-Rom and playing it. If you’re looking for smoothest video playback, consider using the DVD.
4. Multiple users have reported a time issue with the GPS software. The GPS works great as it is; however, it shows an unusual time and alters the units programmed time. The supplier has not addressed this issue.
I couldn’t be happier with this unit. Only knocking off one star for the utterly terrible camera they’re shipping with it and the radio/gps cons I mentioned that have been reported by multiple users for a long time without any firmware updates.

Love it!,
The yellow jack just goes to the camera and the red trigger wire on it has to go to the backup light 12V line so that
when you go into reverse the 12V goes to the lights and to the red wire. At the head unit end of the cable connect
the red wire to to the “Reverse” wire on the unit. That’s it. If you have or can get some quick splice connectors
it makes it much easier. You need one at the rear and one at the head unit “Reverse” wire.

I placed the GPS antenna device under the top of the dash between the top ducts.
I also ran the USB 2 extension cable that is included from the black USB cable out to the little storage box so I can access
it there for my thumb drives etc. (I made a hole in back of the box.) The Mini USB port on the front panel is USB1.
A couple of Youtube videos and it is really not difficult. Amazing amount of technology for under $200.
P.S. To change the Logo that displays on Boot Up the password is 3506.
