iPod is excellent, customer service even better!,
The first pair of swimbuds (old version) I received started fading in and out after two months, then stopped working. Todd at Underwater Audio immediately contacted me when I inquired, and sent me replacement buds (new version) at no cost. They have worked perfectly, and from the other reviews, I am convinced that the original buds I received just had some random defect. This is the best purchase I ever made for swimming, and it helps the laps fly by.
I shop almost exclusively on Amazon (purchasing almost a hundred products a year – both as gifts and for personal use), and I cannot recall another time a seller has been so responsive to a complaint. Not only is the product excellent, but the company itself does business the right way. They are a family business, and you can tell they care.
