   It is surprising that Apple has failed to introduce an updated version of its venerable 7th Generation iPod Nano in over two years, especially with the release of the new iPhone 6 and 6 plus, the size of each of which makes them clumsy to carry around the gym during a workout or on a run. Nevertheless, if you want a compact, bluetooth enabled music player with a 16 GB capacity, nothing beats the 7th gen nano, its age notwithstanding. Coupled with bluetooth or wired earbuds, the nano delivers music intuitively and elegantly (the quality of that sound, of course, is directly related to the quality of the earbuds). The device is minuscule in comparison to the iPhones and offers a variety of ways to organize and replay your music.
